How do I get from ONT to DL?

Our upcoming trip to DL has us arriving at the ONT airport. The information provided by the DIS here ----- >http://www.wdwinfo.com/Disneyland/transportation.htm reports that to get to DL from ONT my only option is a taxi. My family of 5 would have to get 2 taxis, if that is the case, but we'd rather reserve a shuttle van or even a limo.

I'd sure like to hear how others get from ONT to DL and then back again. Better yet, I'd love to get the name of a reliable service to make a reservation with.

Arrive in style...do the limo/car service. Its actually cheaper doing that rather than super shuttle.

I am flying into ONT for our disney trip on Tuesday. I did all the research and came to the conclusion that it made more sense for me to rent a minivan for the week ($250) from Enterprise than to use a Taxi/Shuttle for me and my family of 6 ($91+tip each way was the cheapest shuttle..2 taxi's were even higher.)

jtoast, we're flying in to ONT on Tuesday, too!

Here's what I've found:
Limo Service (8 person). . . $140 each way, before taxes and gratuity. So, just over $300, maybe?
Van Shuttle (up to 7 people) . . . $119.10 to DL, 108.10 back to ONT. Taxes and gratuity included. So, just under $230.
Car rental (fullsize, would be quite crowded with us and all of our luggage) . . . Just under $250 for 3 days before gas and parking. Do you know if resort guests (PPH) get free parking? If so, it'd be just over $250. Even more if there's an additional fee I haven't already paid for parking. I don't think my husband would be too thrilled about driving.

Looks like the shuttle wins for me.

Didn't realize rates where that high right now on rentals. I guess I got a better deal than I thought on my Minivan reservation.

No idea about the parking. I am staying offsite at a hotel that offers free parking and is semi-within walking distance so it wasn't an issue for me.

I wasn't thrilled about driving either.

BUT

Since we are going to be there for a week I would most likely end up spending the gas money(and probably a lot more) on a cab to and from the beach anyway.

I'd agree that the minivan is your best choice, especially since you'll be travelling away from the DLR area. And the price looks good to me!

I ended up reserving a shuttle from Prime Time for $146 round trip. It's a private shuttle, which only cost $10 more round trip. We won't be leaving the DRL area, so I'm pretty pleased with what I've found.

Turns out there are a lot of shuttles and rental car agencies that service the airport. I was intially worried that I'd find only taxis to get me to DL.

I'll be at Disneyland in 3 days!!!
