How do I get feedback to Disneyland?

I was in Disneyland Resort from May 20-23 and had a horrible time. I wanted to give my feedback to Disney but no cast member would take it. The cast member taking random surveys at the entrance to Disneyland told me he could not take any feedback from me but that I could give my comments to the Disneyland website. I don't see any place to send comments. Do you folks know?

Thanks for the link!

I would have complained but the lines at both places were so long I gave up. I really hate to complain and am very much a pro-Disney person but so many things just were a disaster. Did DLR recently cut back on cast members or their hours? Seemed to me like the place was going through some major cut backs - so many attractions were either down or not running on weekdays, so few lines or boarding areas were open, wait times were crazy, garbage everywhere, cast members no where or when I did see them they seemed so unhappy. It was depressing!

I would suggest you write an actual letter and send it the old fashioned way - I have gotten very personal responses to any contact I have made this way. Emails, chat, anything to that nature is not taken as seriously it seems as snail mail, with the belief that if someone takes the time to write, then it must be important...

Their address is found under the contact section of their website, which seems to be having problems today.

I too am curious as how someone has a "horrible" time at DLR - I mean it would take a LOT to make me describe my trip as such! :confused3

Same here! I've had a trip where things didn't quite go our way crowd and wait wise and a trip where a few of us were extremely sick and I still could not call them horrible! Not to be nosy, but I'd love to hear what happened. :confused3
