how do i get an annual pass

We've gone to disney the last two years, but I wanted to see if I could save a little money this time by getting an ap to save on the room rate.
Is the ap a separate price from everything else?
I've already called to book my room, but can change if I need to.

You can buy it at any Disney Store or by calling Disney.
You can also order them online at the Disneyworld website under "tickets".

The break-even point for park admissions is about 8 days--without allowing for any room discounts.
