Did you visit the tech board with the thread that says GET YOUR COUNTDOWNS HERE!
There is step by step instructions in the link that takes you to the countdown timer generator. You have to cut and paste it into your profile where your signature screen is on the USER CP screen. If you still have trouble, just visit the tech board and ask for help!
