How do I get a QUIET room at Bonnet Creek?

Okay Google searched this one and can't get an answer I can work with. So I'm calling out to all the Bonnet Creek Aficiandos...

Tried Bonnet Creek for the first time last year. We asked for a lake & fireworks view. That is what we received, however it was NOISY. Very noisy. Tower 3, Floor 6. We couldn't open our door for fresh air because the fountain was deafening and the activity was too much for us.

This year we would like to relax and enjoy our balcony. Would it matter which type of unit we rent? (We are looking at renting either a 1-bdrm Presidential, 1-bdrm Deluxe or 2-bdrm Deluxe.)

What should I request? Any other recommendations?

We stayed in tower 6 with a parking lot view the last couple of times and it was very quiet.

You don't just see the parking lot, there are lots of trees to look at.

We were in tower 2, 5th floor and I loved the sound of the fountain! I thought it was so soothing. Our first room was in tower 5, 3rd floor, parking lot view. Awful view, but very quiet.

I have stayed in building 2 with golf course view, NOT on lake side and its quiet over there. Also loved the view and quiet in building 5 high up "fireworks or arbor view" - 8th floor, 12th floor. We are in building 3 pool side and I agree its not the quietest.....we are certainly not losing any sleep, but I have preferred the rooms we have had that did not face the lake as they were much quieter.

last night a large group of what was drinking and hanging out by the pool and they were loud, I could hear them through the closed windows. At midnight when security came around they left the pool and went and sat at the tables in the grill area. For this reason, I would prefer NOT to stay by a pool. I am all for people having a good time, but I prefer quiet late at night. They did get quieter when out of the pool area though.

I recently stayed in Tower 5. Requested and received a Fireworks view. Was on the 13th floor (unit 1386 to be exact). The balcony faced the parking lot, but the fireworks were right there. (Could also see Spaceship Earth, DTD, some Boardwalk building and tops of EPCOT world showcase buildings.) Was very quiet. This unit was a 1 bedroom deluxe.

This is interesting....I thought I would want to ask for a lake view. I think I would much prefer quiet to a pretty view. I doubt in July we would sit on the balcony much anyway.

I think I might want to request building 5 or 6...if I got either of those and asked for a fireworks view would I be facing the parking lot? Is this even possible?

I'm not an expert here, but it's my understanding that building 6 does not have a fireworks view. Also, I'm sure others can chime in but I believe there are other buildings that have fireworks views. Lastly, I placed my request about 3 to 4 weeks before my date of arrival and I called 2 weeks and then one week prior to my arrival.

Ok...well what I would like(if possible) is to be very near the pool/waterslide/lazy river. We will be there for 2 weeks and will spend a lot of time in the pool. The covered parking would be a big bonus as we are staying there in July. Second bonus would be a fireworks view.

I think Tower 5 would fulfill your requests. A pool is at that location w/ the lazy river, the 'covered'
parking garage is right there, fireworks are viewable from that building (make sure to request it though), the shuttle is very close to that building as well.

Thanks. We'll have a car so we won't use the shuttle.

I would really like to here some comments on some of the other buildings. I read a review today that suggested building 5 would not be a good choice. Yet, the majority of the info that I'm finding is about 5 and 6....it almost seems like no one stays in the other buildings.

Is it possible to get a fireworks and lake view?
