How do I get a pin code?

I just found out that the free dining has been extended through the time we're going to be there. I already paid for the dining plan, so of course would love to get it. I called, but they said it was a pinned promotion only. How do I get a pin?

The free dining promotion has not been extended. Disney destinations started sending out some emails at the end of last week with pin codes for free dining. Some emails have had October dates and some have had December dates (which I would really love to get applied to our upcoming trip). To get the pin code you must receive the email from Disney Desinations with your name on it. It is apparently random and the pin codes are non-transferrable.

No one really seems to know why certain people get pin codes and others don't. But to improve your chances, you need to register at the disney web site, click the options stating that you are interested in getting offers from disney. Also ordering the vacation dvd can't hurt.
