How do I get a Loews card?

And what can I use it for? I have a standard room booked at the Royal Pacific Resort from Sept 28 - 30.

Do I have to tell them when I am booking the I have a Loews card, or just show it at check in?

They usually ask me if I'm a Loews First member when I make a reservation, but if they don't then I just let them know.
