How do I fix this reservation?

Last week I made a reservation for B Resort(I canceled Best Western) anyways today is allowed me to link my reservation on the Disney Website. But it only allowed me to link 4 guest, even though my ressie is for 5 guest 2adults, 3 kids. I have a confirmation email from B Resort saying that I have a ressie for 5 guest. I even called to make sure and she said 5

I have spoke to 6 different people and no one can help me. I have contacted Disney and B resort and everyone is lost on how to fix this or help add my son to the reservation.

How do I fix this? I am buying tickets Friday morning and my fastpass is April 1,2019

It doesn’t matter. When booking FPs for a group, all that is needed is 1 onsite person and everyone shares the open booking window.

You’ll be fine.

I thought that I had to book each guest a Fastpass. If my son is not on the reservation how can I book for him?

You list him in your family list and link his ticket to him.

All the reservation does is open the booking window and you book FPs for everyone with a linked ticket.

I have to rebook my reservation for B Resort because of a better rate. It still had 4 guest and not 5. When I called to make sure my new reservation was correct., Disney told me I cant book fastpass for my son because he is not listed on the reservation for the room. This is incorrect right?

Yes. The CM’s statement is not correct. Anyone listed or linked shares the open booking window.
