How do I find out what conventions are in town?

No problemo, as you can see there's something going on just about every day....but it's those longer conventions that are the ones to watch out for.

yeah I was just checking that out. The only one that I am curious about is the Religious Education Congress convention. Cardinal R. Mahony will be there, so I assume lots of Catholic visitors.I wonder if the 29th will be busy as their convention goes until Mar. 2nd.
I just dont want to fight a bunch of crowds. Maybe we will go during the week. Hmmm ponder ponder...
I am not religous so I dont know if Catholic faith is opposed to Disneyland? I dont want to assume anything, you know?

I don't think the Catholic faith is opposed to Disney. I dealed with the crowds in June and I'm sure that a convention at an off time at Disney wouldn't be worse then the crowds in June. Not to mention all of the people at the convention won't be going to Disney everyday while there. Some probably won't even go at all, they'll be at the convention itself.

I also like http://www.anaheimoc.org/conventioncalendar/index.asp b/c you can enter the dates you're going & find out how big the expected attendance is for the convention. Make sure to go through their convention calendar & not their calendar of events.
