How do I find out restaurant hours...

Trying to find out how late some of the counter service places stay open. We'll be in the MK on the 30th when the park is open until 1 am and figured we'd grab a CS meal on our way out (Cosmic Ray's sounds like a great deal!)

Is there a site that gives rest. hours? And the hotel dining options (specifically Pop?)...do they have set hours?

I know the pop rest stays open till aobut midnight or at least that is what time it was open till when we were there in dec. I am not sure if the menus at all ear or on this site have hours for c/s places but i know they have the hours for t/s places.
