Really getting worried about our inside room. We always had a verandah. Now I think we should upgrade to at least a window. How do I find out what is available?
I just checked Orbitz, and there is ONE category 8 left for your sailing, one category 6 and about 5 category 5's. This is if you have 3 or less people in your stateroom. If you have 4, the category 8 is still available, no category 6's and the 5 category 5's are available. If you really want a window or balcony, upgrade now, because it looks like upgrades at the port will be slim.
Jel,
I am also waiting to hear on a cabin and/or upgrade. Can you tell me how you got the info on how many are left? I went to orbitz and it tells you they are available but not how many.
I am sailing May 8th on the Western Magic.
Just pretend you're booking the cruise. Eventually you'll get to the page with all available categories and select the ones you're interested in. It will then show you all the available cabins still available. I was only able to check category 6, and category 6 is in guarantee status. All of the other categories come up as no longar available, so my guess is that there is limited availability left on this cruise.
Lynda I don't think that it is just a land/sea package. I t hink that others can just take the 4-day cruise if they want to. Scottie and Scott are both taking just the cruise I think and booking their hotel stay separately. It's weird isn't it? I wonder why it doesn't show?
Be aware that when you go to DCL site and try to book a cruise, you may find that the cruise is full. For example the cruise for April 10 shows a full cruise if you have kids, but if you enter only adults there is some rooms left.
Suggest that you call DCL directly to get the information.
msh8675 - I believe your clock is set for the 8th. Ours is set for the 7th (The day we fly out and stay at the Hyatt MCO). We will be having a DS6 and he really enjoys the kids clubs. He is going through that stage right now where he likes girsl one moment and then the next !!!. Sorry you are getting all the rain. Been quite nice here in Southern California. - Mike
If history is any indication, we were on the Mother's Day cruise last year (May 11 Wonder) and it was FULL. I really didn't think it would be since it's considered "off season" but I guess lots of families like to pamper Mom. I also noticed that our cruise date stopped showing up on some of the travel sites before our sailing date.
Have a great time!! I wish I was going this year, too, but I've got about 300 days to wait....
CAMickey:
Kids can be so funny. My daughter doesn't consider boy germs yet...
I hope when she does they last thru her teenage years....((((i know wishful thinking)))
Any idea on how to change the clock? I am actually leaving on WEDS for WDW...
msh8675 - Yes I am enjoying DS6 right now and his "independence". I only know how to do the timer from scratch, not how to change one. If someone can not answer your other thread, then you can delete what you have and start over again. - Mike
