I'm another one who doesn't think it's an age thing. There are fewer rides/attractions and it's more about the World Showcase. My brother and his family (kids too) have always loved this park (one of their favorites for sure) and me, DH, and DS have never particularly cared for it except for Soarin and Test Track and usually skip the park. // When not knowing how to try a park what I usually like to do for an idea is subscribe to touringplans.com, inexpensive considering how much you are paying for your park admission. With the subscription, I look at their one day adult touring plan, start with that and customize it. I also like reading the descriptions they have of all the attractions, the author's rating for the attractions, and ratings my age group. You will be able to see what others in your age group liked best with this too. If I were to go to Epcot again, this is the strategy that I would use. And I'd put in relaxed pace on my plan and I wouldn't be too tied to it, but use it as a guideline to see what to hit -- knowing what are must dos and what I wouldn't mind skipping if I am behind schedule (open to spending extra time if I want to anywhere if something catches our interest).
