Okay, so this question is half serious and half funny. We were in Disney with our 4 yo twins, my parents and our nanny in late September for a week at BCV. We were in Disney with just us and our now 5 yo twins for a week at BLT in early February.

I WANT TO GO BACK! Not right now, sometime in the Fall. He wants to skip a Fall trip and maybe do another one sometime in 2016. We are DVC members and have plenty of points.

This is more of me looking for some good, creative reasons to go back. He's a really funny guy, so maybe appealing to that side of him will help the cause!

Any creative/funny folks out there?8-)

^ I agree. If we had already taken a family trip this year and we had the money to go back and dh didn't want to I'd go without him. Honestly dh is just not a fan of Disney...at all LOL so after our next trip with all of the kids I doubt I'll get him to go back, but I do plan on going myself with the kids/some of the kids after that point.

You've been twice in the last 6 months & have 2 more trips already in mind? Honestly, I'm on his side here. Sorry.

just one more trip that i want to plan! he actually loves disney, just wanted to skip the fall trip. i like the idea of going without him, but i'd miss him. i bet if he got to golf a few times he would like the idea more!

the reason we purchased dvc was to go to disney around twice per year. the fall trip would be our 2nd trip in 2015. it's why we bought enough points to do that.

thanks guys!

Reasons for going in the fall, to see the fall decorations, less people means smaller lines, cooler weather than September but... warmer than Feb., Two special events, Halloween Party, and the Wine and Dine around Epcot.

I was going to suggest the Halloween Party. Or two days of golfing while the rest of you go to the parks?

Why not go without him?

I will give the opposite advice... How about selling him on a couple's trip? Just the two of you! Oh, that would be SO nice! Tell him all about the benefits of quality time as a couple without the kids. :love2:
