How do I contact MS?

I'm sure this info is somewhere but I am going to ask anyway. I joined on Wed. & my guide said I should be in the system by tonight and could make a reservation. I forgot to ask him how to do that. So if anyone could give me any info like hours and contact # I would greatly appreciate it.

The number is on the back of your member card and/or in your information package. You'll need to have your member # handy as that'll be the first thing they'll ask for. Call the guide's number if you can't find the MS number and they'll transfer you. You can also go on-line as a DVC member. MS will be open again tomorrow morning -- they are not 24 hours.

Thanks for the reply but I don't have any of those things yet. He said I would get it by next week but I could go ahead and make a reservation. I assumed they used SS# or something. I can try and call him. Thanks!

Member Services extends operating hours
To better serve the growing Disney Vacation Club Member community, Member Services has expanded its operating hours on Thursdays, taking calls until 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and added operations on Saturdays, serving Members from 1-5 p.m EST.
With these additions, Members now may reach Member Services at (800) ******** from 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. EST on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays; from 9 a.m.-10 p.m. EST on Thursdays; and from 1-5 p.m. EST on Saturdays

The 800 number is not allowed to be posted on the DIS, but the toll number is: 407-566-3800
