If a post has offended you, there is a red sign (shaped like a "Yield" sign) with an exclamation point inside of it (or maybe it's just a black line)...it's to the far lower left of the post.

If you just want to mention something, or talk, you can go to the top of the main discussion page, where their names are listed, click on one of the names, and then go to their contact information.
