How do I close a Listing?

Hi! I am so lost and I can't find an answer anywhere!! I placed a reservation wanted thread on the rent/trade board and I have received several offers (thank God!) My problem is...now that I have gotten a reservation I can't figure out how to close the thread with that little lock icon so no one wastes their time sending me an invitation to buy their points. Can anyone help? Thanks!

you can edit the post, to say anything you wnat... find it and click edit.

They have very specific rules on the Rent/Trade board for how those posts should be placed and edited. I am not sure you are allowed to edit them--I admit I haven't read their rules in a while. All of them are stickied at the top of the Rent/Trade board and there should be information about how to have your listing locked.

You are also always PM the moderators for that specific board. I happen to know for a fact they are all very nice and helpful and would much prefer you ask if you are unsure then to just post something incorrectly.

Hi,

As far as actually locking the thread, one of the moderators for that board will need to do that. You can contact them by PM, and in the meantime edit your post (or add another post to the thread) to indicate that you have reached an agreement with an owner.

Be sure to read through the posting rules for that board, just in case the mods there have a different procedure.
