How do I change resorts?

We are booked at Music and my brother just got a room at POP for the same time we are down there. How do I change resorts? I was told only Music was open back in june for the MYW free dinning package when I booked my trip Now that they put it out again, I guess more rooms just MAGICAL are available?
I booked with a TA, I just contacted her through email. Do you think I could called Disney direct and change it myself?

You can't make any changes to a reservation made by a TA.

They only block a certain number of rooms for promotions like this. So, I assume they decided to use more rooms for this special and offer it again.
