How do I change my signiture?

I tried to put a countdown clock and ended up with a url but now I can't change it back. Please help!

Click on "User CP" - then click on "Edit Signature" - then delete what you don't want out of your signature. You can click "Preview Signature" before saving it to see if it will appear as you want it to.

No problem - try using the "url" one - sometimes identified as bbCode or Message board code.
