How do I cancel 1 name off a reservation...

with 4 other people on the same reservation?Do I call Southwest Airlines and ask that this one persons name be cancelled and to give us an online credit??
Can they do this? We reserved five people on the same confirmation and now one of them cannot go....
How do we proceed?

Yup just call and cancel the one person. They will give you a credit. I just did it a few weeks ago no problems.

zurgswife,Thanks for the quick reply! I will certainly give them a call.I didn't want to cancel because we got the special ding fares.Don't want to lose those!
