How do I call for adr's & not listen to all the prompting?

I need to make adr's for 8 people for some of the more popular character dining. I was wondering if there was a way to do this without having to do all the phone prompting? We are a grand gathering, but I was told by a CM for dining that it would be quicker for me to call directly as that is what the grand gathering people would do for Cinderella's Royal Table and Chef Mickeys.
Any and all help is appreciated.

You have two choices to avoid the phone tree.

One is to use a Travel Agent and have them make all of your reservations, the other is to stay in a Concierge-level room at one of the Deluxe hotels and then they will make all the reservations for you.
