How do I Book the F&WC Rate with Dreams?

I saw on the Dreams Unlimited site that a special Food & Wine Classic rate of $169 per night including tastings, etc. is available to the DIS. I'm also an Annual Passholder. However, when I went onto the Swan & Dolphin website and entered the code: DISFWC it said it was invalid. Do I have to book it through Dreams? If so, how do I do that? I saw the form to book with an AP rate but it didn't say anything about the F&WC rate.
