How do I best plan for active fun?

My kids are 10,13, and 16. We'll be at WDW for 2 days. One day will be MK for sure. The other day, well, I don't know. We thought MGM, but then someone told us there aren't that many active participant type things, mostly shows (my kids won't get up on stage, but they will try,ride, whatever.) Would Epcot be better? What are some of your experiences with kids of these ages? Thanks!!!

My DW2B & I don't have kids yet! but since you typed that your kids ride everything then MGM will be the 2nd best option.

Rides: Tower of Terror, A.smith Roller Coaster, Star tours, The back lot tour, & a lot of good shows.

I agree with the previous post. I'm 15, and MGM would be the best after MK.
