How do i add ME to my VH booking

I want to add ME to my VH booking and VH could not do this! How can I sort it myself - has anyone any experience of this?

I needed to do this last year, and like you had some problems. What you need to do is get the Disney confirmation number from Virgin, it took me several attempts to do this, I ended up going through to the Frequent Virgin Club option when phoning Virgin and they gave me the Disney Hotel confirmation number straight away.
You can then ring ME direct, quoting your reservation number. I don't have the telephone number to hand, but I found it on the WDW web-site. If you have problems getting the number, send me a PM and I will go through my paperwork to try and find it for you.

Don't Virgin provide there own shuttle any more? That's what we used last time with no problems and hardly any wait, I'm also sure that I ticked a box for that with this holiday.

Virgin do provide a transfer at £30 per person! ME is free and they pick up the bags at the 2nd baggage belt and transfer them to your room!

Ours was either a free transfer or a hire car, we ticked the transfer.
