how do i add a ticker?

How do I add a ticker and the other fancy graphics saying where we've been and who we are?

I'm looking very plain and boring...

You can get them from Tickers

You then need to copy and paste the IMG link into your signature by clicking on USER CP at the top right and then EDIT SIGNATURE
