How do I access my dummy reservation?

Hello all,

While onboard the Dream a month ago, we booked 4 dummy reservations. Now, we are ready to book our cruises but we cant figure out how to access the reservation numbers online. We finally received an error message that stated it was the wrong birthdate associated with the reservation.

I'd call DCL and ask. One thought - did you designate a Travel Agent on your placeholder reservation? If so, you have to work through them, not direct with DCL.

If you log on to your castaway club logon it should show in your future cruises.
