How do FP+ times work?

What times does it show ? Like 9 am or 9:15 or 9:30? I guess I would like to know what choices I have. I have never been to Disney and I am getting ready to make our FP+ selections.

According to my Touring plan I should get a FP+ for TSM at 10:10 is that possible ? What kind of times are offered?

Sorry it is a silly questions but I am so overwhelmed at this point that everything seems hard to understand

You can't pick specific times down to the 5 minute interval like that. When you first select your 3 rides, the system will present you 4 different time plans with the 3 rides. Those times are typically not on the hour. You might see one is 11:20 to 12:20 or something like that. Once you select one of the 4 plans for the day, you can go back and customize the time for each ride. That process will typically only show you times starting on the hour unless it is right up against another FP+ selection you have. So if you are doing a touring plan that says to have a 10:10 FP+, you would set your FP+ time to be 10:00 to 11:00 for that ride.

FP+ windows for rides are typically an hour long.
FP+ windows for noncontinuous shows are typically much shorter.

Thank you, this helps. So I made my first selections then I can go back and change it. That sounds good.

I loved using Fast Pass Plus. I can't wait to use it again for my June trip.

I love the flexibility of the program. You can change your FP+ the day of in the parks.

Also, something good to know is that if the ride breaks down during your FP+ time, Disney will send you an email and update your My Disney Experience App with a new Fast Pass. Of course that only applies if the ride doesn't come back online during your Fast Pass+ time.

Happy Planning!
