How Difficult Would This Be?

We are planning a Disney Trip in mid May 2018 during the Flower and Garden at Epcot. We are thinking of renting points and may want to try Beach Club. How difficult would it be to get this at 7 months out?

Should be doable but why not book at 11 months and make it a sure thing?

I agree with Bill, why take the chance, get it at 11 mos!

Why wait? My guess is that it's tough to find BCV owners willing to rent - the brokers have more demand than supply for BCV points. If one is lucky enough to get BCV at 7 months, it's also less expensive (through a broker) than booking the "sure thing" before then. Not much on the R/T Board for BCV points right now, either - those tend to disappear quite quickly after they are offered.
