There are zillions of 0% credit card loan offers out there...I get probably 3-4 each week (in "junk mail")...but I've never seen one that extends the 0% rate to existing card holders (it's designed to get new cardholders, I think)...
As for DisneyVisa (Chase), they do have a program where you get 6 months of 0% interest for a Disney purchase (vacation and I do believe
DVC points also qualify)...or at least they did last year; I haven't seen it advertised in a while (but I also don't pay attention, so it may well still be available)...
Most of the 0% offers are no interest for 6 months to a year--I have a vague memory of seeing one for 15 months, but most are 6 months to a year.
I've done four DVC purchases--the initial buy-in and 3 smaller add-ons. Used new 0% interest credit cards for all 4, and paid all four off before the 0% interest expired.
One word of caution: the last month of the 0% time frame can get screwy...if the credit card company/bank doesn't receive your last payment prior to the expiration, it charges you interest on the amount of that last payment (this happened to me)...it annoyed me no end because I easily could have made that last (small) payment earlier, but I didn't know that interest would accrue during the "grace period" between billing and payment received...as I recall it was only about $4 or so (I had paid off almost all the balance), but it annoyed me enough that I immediately closed that account (I called and they refused to waive the fee)...
The other negative: I now have 4 credit cards I don't use and don't particularly want...I've tucked them away in a "bill box" so that I'm not tempted to run up more credit card debt than I'm budgeted for (actually, I'm not budgeted for any...I do use my credit cards, but only to the extent that I can pay off the balances before any interest accrues)...
So...I can confirm that Disney will take any credit card, and that the 0% plan works well if you do in fact pay off the balance in the 6 months or 12 months you get ...
Good luck!
