How did you handle your thank you(s)?

So, I've decided that my planner, her assistant, my DFTW florist, and my DFTW reservation specialist all deserve awards for their service. They may not always have the answers that I want, but they have continuously put up with my craziness and demands. They have all be extremely responsive and classy throughout this whole planning process. Because of this, I would love to give them all thank yous.

How have other people handled this? Did you give your planner a thank you the day of the wedding? Did you wait and send it later? If you sent it later, where did you send it to?
 
Our planner wasn't there the day of our VR (that is sometimes the case with Memories) so I sent her a TYN and gift once we were home. I used the mailing address from our contract.
 
Once my wedding comes I was thinking the same thing, a little thank you note for all the coordinators (land based) and since I am getting married on the Disney cruise I am bringing thank you cards that I will give to them by the end of the cruise....

I have been looking on Etsy for something but may resort to gift cards for the land based coordinators...
