How did you get to school?

I walked from Kindergarten through high school. Dad always left at the crack of dawn to drive to work, and mom didn't drive. I wasn't allowed to ask a friend's parents for a ride, but if they offered, I could take it.

I rode the bus. For about 3 1/2-4 hours every day (it was about an hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours each way-we were at the beginning of the route). I hated it. My last 2 years, I rode to school with a friend of mine. I was over at her house most of the time anyway. We cruised on the way to school each morning.

Walked or took public transportation.

In elementary school, I walked about a quarter mile to the bus stop and then took the bus to school. I went to Catholic school - we had very limited busing available

In HS I walked the mile to school until my friends started driving

walked, unless it was raining or I felt blah, then my mom drove me.
