How did you become a Disney fan?

My DW and I planned our honeymoon at WDW back in 1999. Since that stay at the WL we have been hooked and we have just returned for another great trip.

My parents first took my sister and me to WDW in 1976. Love at first sight. I moved with my husband to L.A. in 1995 and first visited DL. Love at first sight. Coast to coast, Disney is my laughing place.

Visited WDW for the first time as an adult, on a family trip that was mostly for the sake of our nephew. From the first night in MK, I knew I wanted to come back. It's Disney's aggressive optimism that speaks to me the most. I'm a huge grump in my everyday life, but just the sight of the castle can make me grin so hard my cheeks hurt. Or on our most recent trip, we got to see Holiday Illuminations, and the bit with each country's "peace on earth" in their different languages...well, it might have brought a tear to my eye...

DH and I went to WDW on our Honeymoon in 1992. We camped in a tent at FW. We did not catch the Disney bug on that trip. LOL We fell in love with WDW in 1998 the first trip with our oldest 2 boys. Everything about that trip was magical. Everything. Since that trip we've bought DVC and been at least a dozen times with out kids. The oldest is 19 now and he still looks forward to our WDW trips :goodvibes

I went with my family to both Disney World and Disneyland as a kid. Growing up I always liked Disney, but it wasn't until high school when I had a field trip to Disney World that I realized how special Disney World was and is to me. Without my parents there I felt grown up ironically in the place most feel like a kid. This feeling of exploring Disney with my family became an itch I needed to scratch. A year later I graduated from high school and to celebrate me and my 3 best friends went together the summer before college. From this point on Disney was in my blood. I went on to go to Penn State where I did a CP in Tomorrowland attractions and now I am waiting to hear back for PIs!
