How did everyone find the DISboards?

I just happened to be surfing the internet for DW and low and behold it was calling me. I'm so glad I found all of this and the wonderful people that come along with it.

I found it about 4 years ago. I went looking for ideas for a family vacation. I found deb's site and found me way here.
You all convinced me to give wdw a try. We went two years ago and I'm still here.

I found it searching the web for DW info sites last year when DH and I were planning a DW trip.

Just started out on the resort and restaurant boards and found my way over the the CB. Just lurked here for a while and then decided to join in.

I found the Dis boards by searching for WDW info after we joined the DVC this spring. Then after spending some time on the DVC board & the planning boards I found the CB. I'm very glad I found the Dis because I've gotten some great information & met some great people!

Took a link from Deb's site while I researching for a big family trip to wdw (I say big, there were 12 of us that went). I stayed on the resort boards, then one day I accidentally found the cb. I was still kinda hesitant to play though. I'd come back and read stuff every now and then. Then in May of last year I started visiting more often. The dis had a prize thing going on and I had fun waiting in suspense to see who was going to win the wdw trip. Been here ever since.

I found it just about four years ago from a webpage that just had a bunch of links to tons of different Disney sites. My sister and I found it just about the same time when we were trying to plan our family trip to WDW and been here ever since... a lot has changed here in four years

I was in the process of planning a trip to WDW and I read an article that mentioned this site as a good planning tool, I think it may have been Redbook, but I can't be sure. I found it three weeks before my trip and have been hooked ever since.

Like many, just doing a search on Disney for our family trip back in '99. Came here early that year and then on the boards in April/May of '99. I used the home page material at first, always wondering why anyone would want to be on a discussion board, on the Internet, talking about Disney. LOL Fianlly, I had a question of some sort and came to the boards (much different back then) and have asked a few questions since, also answered a few. A great group of people I did find.

I found the DIS around August of 1998 while searching for info for our November trip. We stayed at Dixie Landings (now called PO-Riverside) and I wanted all the info I could get!

Been here ever since!

After a trip to WDW in 2001, we considered buying DVC. I did a search on the internet for DVC hoping to find more info. I found it here along with a wealth of other information! I was especially glad to have found it when I was planning the trip we took last summer---our first as DVC members!

I found this site while searching for info on our trip in 1999. I had bought Rita Aero's book and she had a link to this site. Boy it was a lot smaller back then I have seen it go through so many changes. I had to re-register in 2000 because I forgot my password and I lost alot of my postings when the system kept crashing, but this site is the absolute best and I give the web address to everyone I know that is planning on going to WW.

I found DIS in March of 1998 while I was on Intercot...(I used to frequent there often when I didn't know of DIS).
I just stumbled upon it, I don't know if it was a link someone posted or what. That was back in the days when DIS was one board, and Pete used to post ALL the time!!
