How did everybody do this Easter??

I'm glad I'm not alone, guys!! :) I am back on plan again today, but I am having to deal with big-time cravings again. Went grocery shopping this morning and boy was it hard passing by the candy bars & Doritos!! I hope these cravings are gone by today or I might cave in..........

Anyways, did anybody *dare* to weigh themselves this morning? I did and I'm down a pound:confused: I don't get it.....:confused: So, did anybody gain from their overindulging yesterday, stay the same, or lose?? "curious minds want to know" :) :) :)
 
I did BAD yesterday!

I started out good, I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and was completely within my points. I avoided candy all morning and ate (very quickly because DH was ready to take the 2 hour trip to his moms after we were done with church) a quick lunch. Did well with that. Instead of having a sugary drink on the drive down I got a 2 point piece of string cheese and ate that to fulfill one of my dairy's.

Even when I got to MIL's I did good till I ate my first piece of candy. I had several candies, although I am sure i have done worse in past years. I did ok for the actual meal, except I had to small portions of potato salad. Then I had dessert, which I said I was going to have (it was made with reduced fat items). Then I had two small pieces of nut bread. The first was so good, I just had to have a second. I ate a few more pieces of candy and a box of cracker jacks on the way home. That was it, but I am sure I went over my points by TONS! I was up a bit this morning when I weighed in so we will see tonight at WW weigh in. I will be happy if I stay even, although I think its a gain. Keeping fingers crossed.

For me, I planned on eating candy and eating what I liked for the meal within reason. This is my Way of Life now, and I am not going to be sad about eating it. It really did taste good, and its only one day. I am back on track this morning and eating like I should. I am so close to my WW goal that it would have been nice to be strong and not eat it. But, I wanted it and I knew what price I would pay and I can live with it. Its nice to know I can have things I enjoy sometimes, and Easter will be one of them!

On a side note, my BIL was so shocked at how much weight I have lost. I haven't seen him since Christmas, and its only been about 9 or 10lbs since then but he really had nice things to say!!
 
I was really good!

We had a picnic, and I took the skin off of the fried chicken and put it in my salad and snacked on beef jerky instead of chips.

I actually lost a pound since yesterday!

I am feeling strong!

I've been BAD:o I have been really bad. I weighed myself Saturday morning and I was down 1lb. Weighed in this morning:o and I gained that 1lb back PLUS:eek: 2lbs more:faint:. Way too much chocolate and junk food :( . So overall last week I gained 2lb.
Congratulations to all those who lost or maintained this week.
Back on track tomorrow

I did great. Friday was our anniversary, but I couldn't force myself to ruin my progress, so I stayed on the SBD. I did have some low-carb ice cream from Bram's. About 3 tablespoons. I'm not a huge ice cream lover, so in low doses it's great.

No candy, not even one piece!!! Sunday I tried a brownie, but I guess I've been doing so good, it was absolutely gross!!!! I did eat the whipped cream which is allowed. I feel so good because temptations are becoming few and far between.
