How deep is the pool at PoP

Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me how deep the pools are at Pop Century.

I stayed at the moderates before, but never at a value. I know there are no slides, but I'm confused about the depth of the pools. My co-worker just came back and said the pools are only about 4' or 5' feet. She also didn't care for the resort itself. Oh well, I'm still optimistic, because it seems like there are more good reviews than bad ones. I guess I'll have to try for myself. Pop Century here I come.

Just back from Pop on Wednesday. The main pool is about 3 or 3 1/2 feet deep around the edge and gently slopes to about 4'9" in the middle, I'd say. I'm about 5'3" and could stand in the middle-although on tippy toes. Not a fancy pool, but okay for getting wet. The flower "showers" around the edge are fun-although a bit colder than the pool water.

We enjoyed our stay at PoP. I really liked our location and that really sold us on the place. We were in the 70's - building B. It was close to food court/bus stop, right by the water jet area and just a quick walk to the parking lot. Our only complaint was the lack of parking our 1st night there - we ended up parking in the Check-In parking lot and we had lots of company, by the looks of how crowed that lot was.

The food court/store area was really great. It didn't seem as crowded as the All Stars and the food was pretty good.
