Leaving in 10 days for a 3 day WDW, 4 nt. DCL, then US/IOA and SW venture. How crowded can we expect the parks to be????

Okay by my calander, that puts you at WDW during the 2nd week of March. The crowds should be okay. Of course as many people have suggested over the past few years, there doesn't seem to be any "off-season" any more. I know that there will be a cheerleading and dance comp over the weekend of March 13/14. When they arrive is actually unknown. We were at WDW last March (3rd week) and the crowds were not small by any means, but very managable.

We will be returning again this March (13-20) and hopefully will encounter about the same level of crowds.

Make us of the fastpass as often as you can, it really helps.

Have been there during March since 2000. Sons birthday is in March so we make it a point of going. The crowds have been higher than at other times of the year. I would much rather go duing March when the temperature is lower, than during the summer when it is very hot and humid.

Thanks guys. I agree.-going when it is cooler is nice. We love it there, so I guess we will manage the crowds, no matter what. My 18 y.o. DS may actually enjoy the cheerleaders!! HA Ha Thanks, suz

We've been at WDW in March for several years now and have been lucky with weather and crowds. We're heading down 3/14 and praying for more of the same this trip!

Keep in mind though, Easter is 4/11, a week earlier than last year so I'm anticipating that it may be busier, as it's that much closer to the holiday.

Next year Easter is again in March, so we may wait until April. Did Easter week once, never again!!

Don't forget us Canucks head down every year. This year our March break is March 15 to March19, and with the our dollar trading much higher than in the last 10 years. Yes 10 years. Last year at this time we paid $1.60 canadian for every 1.00 US, This year we got our american money for $1.29 canadian for every 1.00 US. Expect lots of the Canucks this year. Plus we can get Sea World, Busch Gardens, and three day Universal park hopping tickets at par.

We're planning on going in March of 2005. We've been in May and October. I'm hoping that since we're planning on March 5-12, it'll be before Spring Break crowds and Easter crowds! :earsboy:
