How crowded will it ge Feb 20th-23rd

My sister and brother in-law are traveling these dates. Do the parks ever get so crowded that they turn away people??? Is this week going to be packed with school kids on February vacation??? It is their first trip and they don't know what to expect.

As I expected the last two years. I did EPCOT two years ago and AK last year. Busy but managable.
People make it sound like it is as busy as during July. I only noticed on the "big ticket" rides. But we got on Mission Space and Dinosaur in under an hour late in the afternoon.
But now I've probably jixed myself for this year.

That's the kick off Spring Break time. That is President's Day week and many of the Northeast schools have off for the week. OF course, President's Day weekend is the beginning of the week so many locals will also be there for your first day. Expect it to be busy.

I've not heard of the parks closing to capacity that time of year, but you never know. If they're staying on-site and they do close one of the parks they will be able to enter another. Since the timing is more spread out (unlike Easter week) I wouldn't expect capacity.
