How crowded the week before Xmas

We were there Dec 16-22, 2005 and it was great until the 21, when the crowds increased tremendously. I do think the crowds depend on when schools get out for Christmas break, too. This year, ours doesn't start until Friday, 21 and we don't go back until Monday, Jan 5th (I think) because Christmas Day falls on a Wednesday.

Great! MIL is taking the whole family Dec 12-20! i hoped it wouoldn't be too bad I guess I was wrong we last went in May of '05 and had a perfect first family vacation- now I am scared for this one!

We were there last year from Dec. 17 - Dec. 22 and the crowds were insane, lol. We normally go during off peak times and because we were going with extended family this was the only time they could go. Never again!!! The ride lines were long and without ADR's it was impossible to get any TS meals in the parks.

But a crowded day in the park is better than a day at work.
