How crowded on Martin Luther King Weekend?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, and of course, this is just my opinion, but I have been over that weekend and have found it very crowded. Just plan for that and you will be fine.

We were at the Magic Kingdom last year on MLK day. We arrived around 12:30 pm and had no problem at all with the attractions in Adventureland. But the MK was very crowded. MLK day was one of only 2 days when SpectroMagic was performing, so the park got VERY crowded in the later afternoon. In talking with people as we waited, they said that the MK was extremely crowded that weekend. It's still very doable, though, if you have a touring plan and know what you want to see and when.

We went over MLK weekend in 2006. We didn't find it too bad. We went to Epcot on Saturday and Monday. Saturday was much more crowded there, but still not too bad. Just use fast passes wisely (Soarin' especially). We did Future World on Saturday and World Showcase on Monday so maybe that made a difference too. We figured we'd do Epcot on those days since it is a larger park than the others and maybe wouldn't feel so crowded. Right before and after those days, it was DEAD - no waits at all.
