How Crowded Is it end of Oct?? I am worried!

After deciding to go back the end of October for 3 nights, it seems many rooms are booked with the discount codes and the Mickey's Not so Scary Halloween Party is booked.............
How crowded is it the end of Oct? I was hoping it would be less crowded since schools are back in session, but I am getting worried...

Please send your input on typical crowds and weather end October!

A very popular time to go. While not as crowded as Christmas/Easter, it won't be quiet. With food and wine and the Halloween activities, a golf tourament and probably a few conventions going on, it will be a popular place. I have tried to check on rental cars for the last week and there seems to be none available from Dollar or national, at least at a affordable price.

I think the hurricanes have 'busied' up Oct and Nov (at least) as we've been unable to get disc rates for three different periods in Oct/Nov...As an odd aside, I tried getting disc rates at DL in CA for all three of these dates as well and was unable to do this either. Disney MUST be on the rebound bigtime.
