How Cool Is That?

When I got up this morning, my laptop wouldn't boot. It complained that the fan wasn't working. My wife needed to borrow it tomorrow, so I told her that it was dead and that while I would try to look at it tonight, she should plan on being without it.

My wife, who is a SAHM and majored in business in college, took it upon herself to take apart the laptop, fix the fan (it was stuck on a small screw that came loose from somewhere in the bowels of the laptop), and put it all back together again. How cool is that?

That's cool. I could make a comment about my SAHM wife right now but I'm sure it would only lead to trouble.

Especially cool to to me considering I'm brain dead when it comes to computers. I would be so scared to even attempt something, worried that I'd further break something that was already broken.

My wife tried to fix my favorite keyboard after the kids pulled off the space bar.....

By the time she was gave up fixing the keyboard it was really broke....

Mark/Kramberries or whoever, , is a lucky man......

I think I saw an article that said if wives/mothers would be paid an hourly salary for what they do it would be some very high figure (don't remembe the number)

Tell her you could have bought a new one at a much lower price....then run like hell
