I may be local know - 2 years, but before that it was 40 years in Minnesota - today we had humidity (you should hear the people complain - but it wasn't bad), so it feels fine at 9PM. But if you are going to be outside at night for a couple of hours and it isn't humid and only has the fog/breeze off the ocean - you will be glad you carried that sweatshirt. It is all a gamble! Oh and they do wear winter coats in Jan/March and winter scarfs - it can seem quite funny to those from where it is real cold!amw said:I agree with this poster. So far, all the comments have come from locals. Not to offend, but your idea of "cold" may be different from mine! Our high today is 21C or 70F. This is considered a cooler summer day, but shorts and t-shirts all day nonetheless. I'm curious what to bring in March. If you guys need sweaters in the summer, do you need parkas in the winter?(I mean no offense.. just a little poking fun...
