How consistent is the MNSSHP schedule?

This year, the first Halloween party at the MK is Tue, Sep. 15. Does that mean that next year it's likely to be Tue. Sep 13 (since 2016 is a leap year)? Each date would be the week after Labor Day.

Or, come to think of it, this year, it's the third Tue in Sep., so does that mean it will be the third Tue. in Sep. next year?

I tried looking at easywdw, but while I could find review articles for MNSSHP for prior years, I couldn't find the dates.

its usually a week or two earlier than this year had been that way for years this year is pretty late and new. last year it was on september 1!!! i wouldn't use this year as a guess but who knows?

Labor day being sept 7 pushed summer to later. Figure 1 week after labor day is generally when it starts.

It is not consistent. This year they started later and are going into November. Last year it started Sept. 1 and ended Oct. 31.

(I tried to plan my vacation this year early to and ended up having to bump a week due to it starting later.)
