I received my FIRST ever pin today. It is free dining while paying reg rates for rooms. Is this common or rare? I do not know.

4/23--8/13 of this yr. I was shocked to even get one. I have gone many times and never a pin. I have read so many folks getting pins and never me.

My pin can be either for Quick dining for value or moderate resorts OR a disney dining plan at select deluxes or villa's. It says u can eat like king's and queens or ladies and tramps. lol

I got one too.Seems to be common one this year.It is also the norm that you pay full price on the resort to get the free dining.Most of the pincodes appear to be the QSDP at values and Mods and the regular ddp at deluxe and dvc

Its too bad that we won't be able to use it. We're leaving next week on an already planned/paid for trip. I just don't foresee another trip so soon after this one.

I"m confused. Isn"t this the same special disney ran already last year for this year? I got free dining for sept if i booked by a certain date in dec. We are staying value so it was qsdp, then we just paid a small amount and upgraded to the ddp. Just curious?

Me too!!! We are now talking about going back this year but the only feasable discount that will make a big difference is free dining. After reading the boards, I feel like I'm the only one who didn't get one.

My two DDs got them yesterday. I called my TA last night and they applied it to my already planed and 1/2 paid for trip. I would call and see.

I didn't get one though. Go figure.

BUT, I wouldn't even know what they were if it wasn't for this board. My oldest DD had already thrown hers away.
