How close is Regal Sun Resort to DTD?

I see that Dollar has a car rental desk at Regal Sun Resort and it is supposed to be close to DTD? Any idea how much a cab ride there from Pop would cost?

Why take a cab? Take the bus to DTD Marketplace stop and walk across the street to the yellow hotel. It is also across the street from Hilton. There is a cross walk with lights at this intersection. Very close and convenient. We returned a rental to Hilton(Avis) last time and noticed Regal Sun(previously Grovsnor) was closer.

We stayed at the Regal Sun Resort last year. It's the non-Disney that is the closest to DTD. It is close enough to walk to DTD. Also there's a Disney bus stop right near the east entrance to DTD. Go to Google Maps and search for the Regal Sun Resort and you'll see how close it really is.

I rented a car from there last September and I was staying at POP. I took the Downtown Disney bus, walked over to get the car then met my family for lunch at Downtown Disney. When I returned the car, they shuttled me back to the POP in their van. I tipped the driver, but it was soooo worth it. You could probably get picked by them too if you choose.
