How Close Can ADRs be?

I thought I read somewhere that the system wouldn't let you book ADRs within a certain period of time of one another--and that people had actually had ADRs cancelled by Disney.

But I just realized that I accidently ended up with 3 ADRs within a 55 minute timeframe--2 at EPCOT within 40 minutes of one another and another at Dowtown Disney 15 minutes after the last one at EPCOT.

Can I keep these a few days until I make up my mind--or do I run the risk of Disney automatically cancelling 2 of them?

Thanks.

We are a group of 10, so I have several reservations within 5 mins of each other, with our group split 4&6 or 5&5. So I don't think it should be a problem.

I've never seen a report of Disney automatically cancelling a reservation. When you start to book through the website, it will pop up a message and require you to cancel a reservation that is within 90 minutes of the one you're trying to book, but they don't go through and clean up afterwards.

I have not heard of Disney canceling these reservations. So you should be fine. I have some now that are within 1 hour of each other. Picky people in party. So on 2 nights we will have dinner @ 2 places. Some of us will only eat dessert at the 2nd restaurant. Another night, everyone will not go to the 2nd restaurant.

I was able to book through the phone, both, with no problem. It would not let me book online. I believe it's within 60 minutes (other posts on Dis).

The online reservation system has so many glitches in it, but if it is working the way it's supposed to, there would have been a message popping up asking if you want to cancel a current reservation because you are trying to book a new one close to the original time. The message doesn't always pop up so you were able to make 3 reservations within an hour of each other. However, the system won't automatically go through and cancel any of the reservations. You will have to do that.

It's definitely this then, because all of these reservations were made online. I used to get messages prompting me to cancel the existing one, but at some point I stopped receiving them. I will cancel what we don't want.

Thanks all.
