My guess it's an older listing though it may have been relisted. And further that it was 160-13 points banked, 320-14 points current and banked and 160-15 points but now the 2013 points are gone either way.

if they banked the 2013 points why would they be gone? I am asking because we bought a contract with Sept 2103 points banked, 2014 coming, and 2015 available....
we are planning on booking as soon as we close for next year...and using the banked 2013 points towards that booking

No, you are correct, you will have your 2013 and 2014 points all coming next month (and the 2013 points must be used by the end of August 2015). They were talking about the 2012 points banked into the 2013 year that would be expired.
What must have happened in the original contract is that they had 2012 points banked into August 2013 and banked their 2013 points into 2014. Therefore there were 160 points that expired on July 31, so technically until August 1 they were still available (not that you'd have been able to use them because you couldn't close that quickly).

Because, based on the 320 points in 2014, they had already banked the 2013 points into 2014. So, the 160 2013 points listed must have been 2012 points banked into 2013. And, with an August use year, those expired 6 days ago.
Your plan should work, as long as your reservation falls within your 2014 use year.
