I have an ADR for 15 min prior to park closing. No EMH.... so how does this work?

The restaurants don't close always when the park closes. The parks don't close - as in shut out the lights everyone go home - at the exact closing time. The stores stay open for a while and they don't really kick you out for quite a while after the stated closing time.

PP is right on. Many ppl stay and dine, shop after the park closes.

Park close is no one else is admitted in, rides and attractions shut down and slowly the shops close as ppl leave.

So I wouldn't worry about eating at that time. Even in you are using Disney transportation you shouldn't have an issue. Buses run at least an hour after the close.
