(I can't come up with a catchy title for this thread!)

So, I finally took a deep breath and booked our Feb. trip. Arriving Feb. 1st, staying at the Wilderness Lodge, checking out on Feb. 5th. 2 adults and a 12-year old. (We're then going to switch to the Swan or Dolphin for 4 nights.) I booked standard view, no insurance, 3 7-day Hopper passes and the dining package.

I got my confirmation email and its for the dates of Feb. 1-Feb. 7th! Not the 1st-5th! It says it's for "magic your way + dine". The price, however is the price I'd figured it should be for our 4 nights, but the dates are for 6 nights.

I was a bit alarmed at that, but just to check, I copied and pasted my confirmation no. into Disney's site, and it brings up my reservation details, with the correct dates! (and the correct price for only 4 nights, not 6!)

I intend to call in the morning, but if this is an error in my favor, what should I do? Which is right: the email confirmation or the web site's details?
 
The Web site would be more positive. Let us know how you make out.
 
since the email is a written confirmation - they may have to go with that.

I would definitely write them back and see.
 
They always mess up on the things. When I booked a trip in August it said I was coming one day before I was really coming. And the December trip I book (I cancelled though), it said that I needed to pay the balance the day I arrive, and the date was exactly a month before I was coming. I've never had a problem checking in, but don't pay attention to those confirmation e-mails.
 

They have you staying for 2 extra nights, that's the only problem, right? I say it's no big deal. As long as the dates you need are included, let them know about the error; no harm, no foul. Best case scenario, they may reduce the price if you don't need those 2 extra nights :rolleyes1
