How can I thank a Castmember?

Hi, My DD9 left her Mickey Ears hat in the lobby of our hotel (POFQ) last Saturday when we checked out - tears were involved. I called the hotel when we got to the airport, no help initially, but then I called again when we got to the gate and I spoke with a very nice lady who found her hat and mailed it to us - we got it yesterday in the mail. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name because the airport was so loud and I was so excited for my daughter that her hat had been found. I was hoping she would put a note or something with her name on it in the box but unfortunately not.

So without her name, I wanted to post something thanking her for going that extra step and telling her how happy my daughter was so maybe she would see it and know how much it meant to us.

Glad things worked out. I don't have a address handy, but maybe somebody else will provide it. We have written WDW a letter in the past and then we received a follow up phone call acknowledging our letter.

Even if you don't have a name, it would be nice if the corporate office knew that the crew at POFQ was helpful.

Here is a copy/paste from allears.net. It looks familiar to me.............but I can't tell you which one is "best". I think either one will get the job done.
