How can I see all Magic Bands?

It is time to customize our magic bands, but my husband no longer shows up in my own MDE account as someone I can create a magic band for. He is listed on the reservation, and he can log in to his own MDE account and see it there (and customize it), but I would rather them all be listed together so I know they will all ship together. We haven't changed any settings since our trip last year, and he was listed there then. Any suggestions of how to change it so that he shows up?

We both show that we share information with each other under Friends & Family on MDE.

He has to customize his own MB through his MDX account. He is the manager of all MB data in his account. All MBs will ship in one box per the hotel reservation.

You really don’t need 2 MDX accounts. Next time book a reservation for Middle Name DH and add middle name DH to your family list on your MDX account...then you control everything.

Thank you for the reply. I just saw your post and we customized earlier. Tonight, the option to customize his was there! We hadn’t changed anything, to my knowledge.

I can’t recall why he set up his own account. We’ll add his name like you suggested, next time.
